Fuzhou changle international airport, or fuzhou airport for short, is located at the intersection of changle hunan town and zhanggang street, southeast of fuzhou, about 45 kilometers from the center of fuzhou city.
Several airport buses shuttle between the city and the airport around the clock. The journey takes about 50 minutes.
Fuzhou changle international airport was put into use on June 23, 1997. It is the first large-scale modern aviation airport constructed by local governments with full funding.
